Originally exhibited as part of the ‘Alternative Letchworth’ exhibition at the Broadway Gallery in Letchworth, the film is based on the activities of early residents of the Garden City.

Alternative Letchworth Past And Present

An exhibition exploring the radical side of the Garden City

After last nights fantastic opening party, (thanks to all who attended!) the Alternative Letchworth exhibition run officially starts Saturday December 3rd, 2016 until Sunday February 19th, 2017.

‘Alternative Letchworth brings together a variety of unique objects from the Garden City Collection including photographs, costumes, texts and other items, alongside new, specially commissioned works by four local artists; Sean Pearce, Richard Seaholme, Chantelle Stephenson and John Vincent. Each have produced works of art interpreting the idea of the alternative Garden City, exploring the links between their own experience and the little known past of their hometown. An essay by local writer Jane Fae accompanies the exhibition.’

Alternative Letchworth Artist Talks

In February, alongside my fellow exhibitors, I will be discussing the background to my work in the show, the short film ‘The Last Of Letchworth’.  It will be a ticketed event and I will send out further details nearer the time.
